The documents available for downloading are divided into four categories.
Some documents may appear in more than one category:
- Auditor training handbook
This is based on the handbook we provide to trainee auditors during
their two day training session. It includes training objectives, glossary
of auditing/quality terms, information of the relative strengths
and weaknesses of different sources of evidence of performance, expectations
of auditors and audited teams and audit report writing guidance and
template.
- Materials for trainers
Provides the six practical exercises regarding peer auditing skills
that trainees would complete during their two day training session.
It
includes guidance for trainers, handouts and a peer auditing training
evaluation form.
- Tools for auditors
Provides the tools that auditors will need when "on site" at
a project. Certain tools such as questionnaires, IV formats are referenced
to relevant areas in our adapted framework, e.g. 2.3, 4.1.
- Resources for service providers
Provides the tools to assist service providers prepare themselves and
their clients for a peer audit visit.
